   • Customers are responsible for making direct payments to vendors or shopkeepers for the products or services they purchase.
   • ShopSathi does not facilitate transactions or handle payments on behalf of customers. All payments are made directly between the customer and the vendor.

   Product or Service Inspection:

   • Customers are advised to inspect products or services before making a purchase.
   • ShopSathi bears no responsibility for any defects or discrepancies in products or services offered by vendors or shopkeepers.

   Limited Company Liability:

   • ShopSathi assumes no liability for issues arising from transactions between customers and vendors.
   • Any disputes regarding products or services purchased must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor.

3. 3. Vendor Responsibilities:

   • Vendors or merchants are responsible for providing accurate product or service information, including pricing, descriptions, and availability, on the platform.
   • Vendors must ensure that the products or services offered comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including quality standards and safety requirements.
   • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately, including processing payments, packaging, and delivery or service provision.
   • It is the vendor's responsibility to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner, providing satisfactory resolutions as needed.
   • Vendors are encouraged to maintain transparent communication with customers regarding any relevant terms and conditions.
   • Any promotional offers, discounts, or cashback incentives provided by vendors must adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon with customers and ShopSathi.

ShopSathi Wallet will not be linked to your bank account, nor do we take any responsibility for your banking details. The amount shown in the wallet will be used only as a discount on your purchases; you cannot use it elsewhere or transfer it to your account.
